Water cooled cylinder heads manufactured for Z class engines ie Force .12, OS .12 etc.
Watercooled Cylinder heads £25-£27 depending on engine.

We manufacture to your specification silencers in .4mm stainless steel for lightness combined with durability. This is a usefull service for scale aircraft where commercial silencers may not fit within the confines of the engine bay. Other applications for this service may be found by scale marine modellers who wish to run I/C craft but may not have the skill or facilities to make silencers to suit the needs or layout of the boat.
We manufacture tuned pipes either to your specification or can supply a standard range of pipes covering 2cc to 22cc.

All Tuned pipes are manufactured from .4mm stainless steel for lightness and durability, complete with silencer and can be given a selection of cosmetic finishes.
Manifolds to suit above pipes are manufactured from thin gauge stainless tube and Silicon bronze Brazed together for durability during use.

Stainless steel whip aerials primarily for use on model boats but adaptable.
Aerial can be supplied complete with mounting screw and spade connector or just the whip portion which attaches via an M4 internal thread.
Aerial £3.50 whip section only, £4.00 complete with connectors etc. Trade enquires for these parts are welcome.

We can currently offer two types of Bellows: Type A 6mm entrance diameter and 6mm exit; Type B 6mm entrance diameter and 1.5mm exit
These Bellows can be used to waterproof linkage exits from radio boxes on boats and also to prevent fuel/oil ingress into throttle linkage cables on R/C aircraft

Injection moulded from glass filled Nylon with brass insert, these double sided Rudder arms are equally at home on boats or aircraft where they can be used for control of rudders or steerable nosewheels.

They can be supplied to suit either 3/16" or 5mm shaft and are held onto the shaft via an M4 grubscrew.

We can undertake to design and make cost effective injection mould tooling costing hundreds (in most instances) not thousands of pounds which is capable of producing good quality injection moulded products.
In conjunction with this service we can also supply mouldings from this tooling in long or short run quantities.
All types of plastics and rubbers can be catered for.

We can undertake to carry out almost any specialist machining for the modelling trade from one off's to production runs.
